A lost or damaged title may be requested via:
- myBMV account
- BMV Connect Kiosk
- In person at a BMV Branch
As long as no information about your name, the vehicle, or a lien has changed, you may order a duplicate title. If a lien is on BMV record, the duplicate title will be mailed to the lienholder unless proof of lien release is provided at a BMV branch location.
