No. To be eligible for a license at 16 years and 90 days, your child must complete both portions of driver’s education:

30 hours of theoretical or online training, and
6 hours of behind-the-wheel training

All new drivers 18 years old or younger must complete the 50-hour drive log even if they have completed driver education.
