The Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center is one of a network of state fusion centers across the country that were developed since 9-11-01 to improve terrorism and criminal information and intelligence sharing for the purpose of preventing, mitigating, responding to and recovering from acts of terrorism and crime. The Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center is operated by the Indiana State Police and is a task force of various federal, state and local criminal justice agencies. The Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center is the primary agency in the state to receive and process suspicious activity relating to terrorism.
