If you currently hold a valid handgun license and your name and/or address has changed, you are required to notify ISP of the change within (60) days. To complete this process, go to the Indiana State Police Firearms Licensing webpage and click on the Returning Applicants/Licensees link. Sign in using your Application Number and password you received when you originally submitted your application. *** Please note: This is NOT your current license number. If you do not know your application number or if you never created a password, click the Find Application link on the page to obtain your credentials. Once signed in, the system will walk you through the information needed to process your request. There is no fee for this type of request.
