As a Community Corrections employee, a Project Income expense was not budgeted in our current grant, can I still use Project Income to pay the expense?

Project Income can only be spent with prior written approval by the Department of Correction. Written approval may be in one of two forms:

The annual Community Corrections Grant Application
Transfer/Additional Appropriation Form (as outlined in Procedural Bulletin Section 3-2)
