Grant related expenditures encumbered prior to the expiration date of the grant, must be paid within 90 days of the expiration date of the grant. Expenditures not encumbered prior to the end of the grant, will not be allowed as an expenditure from that grant award. Encumbered expenditures and or deposits/credits remaining after 90 days must be paid from another fund source.
