• If a company has received preliminary awards for multiple project areas, will these areas be consolidated into a single grant agreement and a single project to streamline administration and reporting?
• Since this is a fixed amount subgrant award, does 2 CFR Part 200 apply?
• If a subgrantee desires to start immediately on the planning and engineering of its project to minimize the impacts of cost inflation and material lead times, will those costs they incur now be eligible for grant reimbursement?
• If a subgrantee is approved for a pre-award cost, will the costs be eligible to count towards the company match?
• Can BEAD subgrantees claim reimbursement for pre-award costs incurred before the subgrant agreement is executed?
• Please provide information on the process to draw down grant funds to be used for eligible costs for the awarded project.
