Does this process in Low meet compliance for disbursing funds, treasurers receives and gets passcode to go over to the Auditor to affix treasurer's name to check?

This would be a good control over the issuance of the checks.  The county needs to work with their vendors to ensure that sufficient controls are in place to comply with statute and safeguard assets.
