If you are a completing a challenge course and you are a Lead Evaluator/Proctor then log into your Public Safety Personnel Portal (https://acadisportal.in.gov/AcadisViewer/Login.aspx) (also referred to as Acadis) and fill out a WebForm requesting a Challenge Exam.
