This is a manual process done by IDHS Fire staff. Send an email to firecertifications@dhs.in.gov containing all of the following information: 1) your first and last name 2) your PSID number 3) the name of your previous department 4) the name of the new department and its address 5) the name of your new supervisor 6) your hire date at the new department; and 7) your title and rank at the new department.
