Our town hall needs some repairs – new roof, air conditioning, etc. Are there any rules as to how we pick a contractor or if we have to take bids, etc.?

The provisions for construction, reconstruction, alteration, renovations and repairs to public buildings can be found in the Public Works law in IC 36-1-12.
