If you filed online through INBiz:
Log into your INBiz account. This will take you to your dashboard. The rejection information can be found in the documents section of your dashboard.
Click the business name link and choose Open Rejection Letter. You will need to make the appropriate corrections based on this rejection letter and resubmit your filings along with full payment.
To make the corrections and resubmit your filings, navigate to the in progress section of your dashboard.
Locate the appropriate rejection and click Process.
If you filed by paper:
You will need to make the appropriate changes based on your rejection letter. If you have not received your letter, please contact INBiz by phone or email to request a new letter: https://inbiz.in.gov/about/contact
Please note that the Secretary of State’s office holds the payment received for the filings. Payments do not have to be resent if the appropriate filing fee was included originally.
