Most meals are prepared by dietary staff with meals being served in one of two cafeterias/dining rooms. A comprehensive cooking program is implemented in each of the residential areas where students, under the direction of residential staff members develop menus and prepare meals. This program is designed to assist students in developing greater independence and skills in meal planning and preparation.
There are also Formal Dinners around the holidays, when the students, faculty, staff and special guests enjoy wonderful meals prepared by the dietary staff.
