Effective July 1, 2024, PLA has implemented a paperless initiative. In accordance with this, most licensing needs can be accessed within your MyLicense One account. However, if you meet certain requirements, you may complete the Request for Waiver from Electronically Filing form: https://forms.in.gov/Download.aspx?id=15872 and submit this to our office with your request.
