Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System can be used by you or your healthcare provider to report a side effect, adverse event, or reaction from COVID-19 vaccine. You can also report side effects directly to Moderna at 1-866-663-3762, Pfizer at 800-438-1985, or Novavax at 1-844-668-2829.
Adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccines are rare. Based on more than two years of experience with the vaccines, including ongoing monitoring of side effects, the risk of having an adverse reaction to the vaccine is extremely low – much lower than the risk of serious illness if infected by the virus.
