Be sure you’re using a Personal Computer (PC) or a laptop and clear your internet cache before trying to sign in.
Be sure to access the Supplier Portal through the Bidder Profile Registration web page. Click the Access the Supplier Portal button and on the resulting page you’ll find the Supplier Portal training, the Submit a Request for Assistance information, and a launch button to access the Supplier Portal. Using an internet favorite to access the page may cause issues when signing in.
Be sure you’re entering the email address of the primary contact on the bidder profile when you reach the Access Indiana Sign In or Sign Up page. If you’re not sure what it is, you can find it on the Registered Bidders List on the Bidder Profile Registration page.
