OCRA serves communities with a variety of demographic characteristics. While OCRA is willing to work with any community that considers itself to be "rural," only non-entitlement communities with populations of 50,000 or less can apply for certain grants, such as the Community Development Block Grants and Rural Capacity Grants. The Indiana Main Street program is open to both urban and rural communities. Please contact your Community Liaison with questions about eligibility for any of OCRA's programs.
