Does SRF have a deadline before which I should apply for my loan?

SRF accepts applications year-round. However, we rank and score projects according the Preliminary Engineering Report information once a year, so it is best to have started the process have your PER to us by June 30 to be ranked on the upcoming State Fiscal Year's first quarter Project Priority List.
