Where will my IBTR hearing be held?

At the discretion of the IBTR, the hearing may be conducted telephonically or held in the county where the subject property is located.  The IBTR may hold the hearing in the Indianapolis office, or in a mutually agreeable location.  See 52 IAC 4-6-1 of the Procedures for Appeals before the IBTR.
