You only have to register once. You should include all subject matters to which the engagement relates on your registration form. If after initial registration you lobby the same executive branch agency regarding a different matter, you must amend your initial registration statement to reflect the subject matter to which this later engagement relates. This amendment must be filed within (15) days after the change occurs.
