Suspicious activity relating to terrorism is that activity by a terrorist that may be noticeable by the public or public safety officials in the planning and execution of a terrorism plot. This usually includes: plot-planning surveillance, suspicious inquiries, tests of security, acquiring needed supplies, suspicious out-of-place behavior, dry-runs and deploying assets/getting into position. Suspicious activities of this nature should be reported immediately to local law enforcement and the Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center at 866.400.4432.
