An appeal (called an "administrative review") of a DNR decision is made to the Natural Resources Commission or its administrative law judge at the following address: Division of Hearings, Natural Resources Commission, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N103, Indianapolis, IN 46204-2200. The same address applies to administrative review from a decision by the Historic Preservation Review Board, the Board of Licensure for Professional Geologists, or the Board of Registration for Soil Scientists.
