An operator or a worker who is not a full-time employee may not receive remuneration for conducting or assisting in conducting an allowable event
A qualified organization that conducts an allowable event may provide meals for the operators and workers during the allowable event
A qualified organization can provide recognition dinners and social events for the operators and workers; if the value of the meals and social events does not constitute a significant inducement to participate in the conduct of the allowable event
An operator or worker may not directly or indirectly participate, other than in a capacity as an operator or a worker, in an allowable event that the operator or worker is conducting
