You terminate your current sponsorship and relationship through the NMLS and have your new employer create a relationship and submit a sponsorship request for you. You will also need to update your employment history on your MU4 to reflect your new employer. The transfer is complete when the new employer has submitted a sponsorship request and that request has been approved.
