Some people are eligible for a second bivalent dose. CDC recommends people 65 and older receive a second bivalent booster at least 4 months after their first bivalent dose. Immunocompromised people 5 and older are recommended to receive a second bivalent dose at least 2 months after their first bivalent dose. For immunocompromised people, additional doses may be administered at the discretion of their healthcare provider.
The CDC has guidance for everyone 6 months and older based on age and medical condition.
