You must confirm when you make an appointment that you are eligible. Everyone must bring proof of Indiana residency. You will not have to show proof of U.S. citizenship. Healthcare workers and first responders must bring proof of employment, such as a work ID or pay stub, to their first vaccination appointment. Other people should bring proof of age.
