For most people, the answer is no. If you are an essential family caregiver to someone in a long-term care facility, you should be able to get vaccinated by the facility. Check with the facility’s administrator for more information. Otherwise, regular eligibility guidelines apply. Visit ourshot.in.gov for an updated list of who can get vaccinated.
Eligibility will open to all Hoosiers 16 years and older starting Wednesday, March 31. Please note 16- and 17-year-olds must get the Pfizer vaccine. Those 18 and older can receive any vaccine.
