Someone with a User ID and password tied to your bidder profile should sign in and find the information on the Manage Profile tile under the Bidder Profile/Contacts tab. The agency Buyer or Contract Administrator who asked you to add a contact to your profile should have access to your bidder file and be able to provide the Bidder ID and User ID(s).
