- click the buttons on the screen instead of clicking the Enter key on your keyboard
- clear your internet cache if you’ve had unsuccessful attempts at logging in
- use the resources available on the blue hyperlinks found in these FAQs
- work with the State employee who is asking you to update your profile, sign a contract, enter pay audit information, etc. if you have issues
- remember that User IDs and passwords are case sensitive
