- Navigate to the Supplier Portal, click the Sign In tile and the Forgot Password? link on the pop-up
- Enter your User ID and click Continue
- Enter the response to the question you chose during the set up and click Email New Password
- Check your email account for the message
- Click Return Home to Sign In With New Password and enter the password in the field and click Sign In
