Be sure to check your spam or junk email folder; sometimes State emails are sent there. If you made a note of the User ID and password you created while adding yourself as a contact during registration, then you’re all set.
- Enter them after clicking the Sign In tile on the Supplier Portal.
- Once you are logged in, click the Manage Profile tile and select Bidder Profile on the left-hand side.
- You will find your 10-digit Bidder ID just under “Identifications” on the Main tab.

If you didn’t note your UserId and password during registration, then the agency Buyer or Contract Administrator who asked you to create a bidder profile should have access to your bidder file and be able to provide the Bidder ID and User ID(s).
