Yes. You may request witnesses, and the discovery of witnesses. State employees are generally required to attend SEAC hearings. SEAC may issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses. You may also be represented by counsel (an attorney) of your choice at all stages of a SEAC proceeding.
