Does 10-digit dialing raise telephone rates or change local calling areas?

No. Calls that were local before 10-digit dialing are still local after the new calling pattern is added. In addition, calls to 211, 811, and 911 continue to work the same way. For more information, visit http://www.in.gov/oucc/2718.htm.
