You might be experiencing this problem because you have a saved password on your local machine. To clear the saved password in your local machine, please do the following: 1. Start>Control Panel>User Accounts>Advanced tab>Manage Passwords>Remove everything that see inside the Stored User Names and Passwords' window>Close>OK. 2. Open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Content tab>AutoComplete>Clear Passwords>OK>OK>OK. If this does not work, please contact IOT Customer Service (ICS@iot.in.gov or 234-4357) and generate a ticket.
