This is a manual process by IDHS staff. Send an email to firecertifications@dhs.in.gov with all of the following information: (1) your first and last names, (2) your PSID number, (3) the name of your previous department, (4) the name of your new department and its address, (5) the name of your new supervisor, (6) your hire date at the new department and (7) your title and rank at the new department.
